How to handle a marijuana situation.

I would like some input from this great list on how to handle this
It was brought to my attention that a couple of my Scouts were telling
others what they do on campouts, which is smoke marijuana. When I first
heard this, I couldn't believe it, especially with the names of the
Scouts given. The parent that informed me wasn't sure if it had
actually happened, or if the boys were just lying to be "cool". I
therefore told each of the boys parents and stated that I did not know
if the boys actually did smoke marijuana on a campout since we did not
catch them, nor did another Scout turn them in; or if the boys were
lying, or if it was all an untruth. Well, two of the parents informed
me after talking with their sons that yes they had smoked marijuana.
One boy had done it near his home, not on a campout or Scout activity
(which to me doesn't matter). The other Scout said that it was a
campout and all the older Scouts did do it, and it was sometime last
fall, but he didn't give any names or the exact campout.
So, as I stated at the beginning, how should this now be handled?
