I tried both of those with scouting.org and got no response. (I was
proposing an additional external link on the page with the links to the
World Jamboree, As I understand now they have removed ALL external links)
I eventually went to the whois run by internic and get the name for the
Administrative contact for the domain name. He turned out to me a little
more interested in the web page having a contact email, but it wasn't even
CLOSE to being up to him.
It is NOT that BSA has failed to provide an email contact, its that the
organization as a matter of considered policy has decided not to have one.
BTW, by comparison GSUSA has EMBRACED the idea of being contacted over
email. One of the links on the main Girl Scout -USA home page is "Contact
Us". The page that links to has
"We would love to hear from you! Please direct your
comments and questions to the appropriate mailbox. "
With about 10 different descriptions of mailboxs including miscellaneous
that have the email address right there.
