Now you know HOW changes happen over years of "tradation"...
(i.e. neckerchief over or under, elimination of "Class A" vs. "Class B"
uniform. Does anyone remember what "Brass on Brass" means?)

If you only knew... I have heard HORROR stories that make me squirm.
I can now no longer volunteer for FOS because I cannot stand up and
beg for money when I have seen an unbalanced scale. (Don't want to
get too specific, but why does our district banquet have to show a
profit when we have to buy all the awards?)
