THAT rule hasn't changed and won't change. What BSA is apparently
saying, as I read it from the list, is that Webelos camping as part of
Cub Day camps, Boy Scout Camporees, and the like, is being banned, IN
FAVOR OF the type of camping you are talking about.
BTW, its "Webelos" (NO "e").
