I quit my position as Committee Chairman because I was frozen out of pack
communication by the Cubmaster in what I assumed was a fit of pique by the
Cubmaster, his wife and one Den Leader. I found that it was done at the
recommendation of the UC and COR over something "I" did (actually a course
of action voted on by the executive committee).
The pack leadership is a lot happier since we froze the UC and COR out of
the information pool. Of course I am out of the loop now, too. This time by
Too much information can be as damaging as too little. Leave calling in the
UC as an option the committee or leaders can exercise when a real problem
occurs. The UC can avoid taking sides much easier that way too.

My own opinoin is mixed, on the one hand 99% of the mail on the Troop list
routine, but like any Torganization that has multible opinoins sometimes
like here some heated and unscoutlike things get sent back and forth. I'm
sure that I would want these isolated incident to go outside the Troop.
However the unit commissioners jb is to help with problems \, a early
