Can someone who has a Troop Committee Guidebook or some such publication in
front of them tell us exactly who elects/appoints the CC? In our unit, the
position is passed around....usually in 2 year stints. The CC is elected
by and from the membership of the troop committee....it is not an appointed
position such as the SM. Now what's the REAL answer?
