Eureka will supply closers if you can't find them locally. I seem to
remember that they might even be free from Eureka. Give them a call.
To have zippers replaced usually runs $40 to $50 each, making repairs
almost prohibitive on $100 tents.
Our Troop has had problem with the zippers as well. We have been sending
them back to Eureka to have the zipper replace (usually 4 to 6 tents at a
time). For only about $20 per tent (dual door tents), they replace the
zippers with very heavy duty zippers (much better than the original
quality). They are fast, and do the work a lot better than anyone that I
know. For only $20, we are getting a lot of extra years out of our tents.
The fact that their service is so quick and easy is the reason we keep
buying eureka tents. (I only wish the stuff sacks were stronger).
