I replied to the address listed above, as follows, but the message
bounced. Richard, If you send me another message with a valid e-mail
address, I'll try to send the file again.
I have trouble keeping an Eagle Board to less than 30 minutes most of
the time, too. Usually because we are all enjoying the discussion so
much (including the Scout) Boards of 45 minutes aren't uncommon, but I
do try to wrap them up after 30, when I can.
I think there are some suggested EBoR guides on the USSSP site. I have
two on my computer, including one I'm working on, based on a document I
got from my council some time ago, and one from another council I got
somewhere along the way. <I've attached them as a "zip" file containing
