Back when we made the transition, I gave a simple instruction for
the Scouts: We meet each week for 90 minutes to do Scouting. That's
why the adults are here. If you spend the whole time playing a game,
we the adults have better things to do with our time, and we'll all go
As an adult leader, I can present my expectations as a very broad outline,
and the Scouts have learned to meet them by filling in the details.
We never went home early.
