Scouts-L Mail Archive for February of 1999: UPSIDEDOWNHALT!
Tue, 23 Feb 1999 16:23:05 -0600
Hey, we've been down the "upside down scout" road several times even in my
rather short tenure here on the list. Can we agree to the following:
1) Many folks think that the idea of turning a scout upside down is
"hazing" and therefore prohibited by BSA.
2) Many folks think that the idea of turning a scout upside down is okay
because it is a novel way to honor the scout in a way that he will remember
for a long time.
3) Many folks think other stuff.
I know there have got to be better ways to use our fifty messages per day.
If you have comments on the posting, why not send them to him/her
personally? Now I suppose there will be those who think my posting
rude.....and I say to them:
BLUE SKIES!, Any day above ground is a good day!
