Craft ideas needed!

Hello all --
I have a challenge for you.
Each Friday during Lent, our parish sponsors Fish Dinners. Two years ago,
the organizers approached our pack and asked us to help offer games,
activities, etc., to help keep the kids busy while parents socialized. That
one-night program has grown into a weekly project, "The Fish Pond for Small
Frys," staffed by many of the middle school aged (5th, 6th, 7th, 8th
graders) Boy and Girl Scouts in our parish as a weekly service project.
Now to the challenge: A local tackle store has offered me fishing bobbers
(the red and white round plastic kind) for a craft project because a local
graphic artist took our parish logo and designed a Fish FryDay design --
featuring the logo as a fishing bobber.
I saw in Pack-o-Fun magazine (maybe) a Santa Claus craft that turned a red
and white plastic bobber into a Santa Claus. Was thinking along these
lines... but am totally open to your suggestions.
