The boys wear only one knot (purple background with silver knot). There
are miniature pins, about 1/4-inch square, to be worn on the knot to
signify earning the award in Cubs (Tiger - Bear), Webelos, Boy Scouts,
and so on. The item order numbers arein the fine print on the knots
page of the Insignia Guide.

There is a mentor's pin for adults who complete the mentor's program
along with a child, but I don't think it's a uniform-wear item, and
it isn't meant to be represented by wearing the adult religious knot
(silver background with purple knot).
An adult can wear the youth knot if he or she earned it as a youth.
An adult can wear the adult knot if he or she is awarded the adult
religious recognition (one of the P.R.A.Y. adult awards or another
approved national-level recognition).
The appropriate way to recognize an adult who has worked with youth
on the religious emblems programs over several years is to
nominate the person for the PRAY adult award appropriate to the
person's religious affiliation.
