It's not about under/over 21. You can not be a leader and date a
crew/troop member. Period.=20
It's about under and over 18. He's an adult in the troop, and a youth
in the crew. Which is he?=20
Somebody up there needs to put it in writing so we don't get in
trouble down here.=20
Unrelated, but you draw the corollary:
There are two different California cases being argued right now over
internet use. One because a group was denied free uncontrolled access
(all the dirty pictures they wanted to download) to the internet from
a public terminal, i.e. library. and a second case where a library
enforced a kids right to his first amendment rights to look at all the
dirty pictures he wanted. His parents sued.
They could conceivably be argued in the same court at the same time
over the next year!!!
