Or from this list. Or from any other Scouting-related forum. By
*policy*, your local Council does NOT release it's listing of names
to third-parties; by *practice*, this is done routinely with
"selected Council partner organizations" (read this as "those
organizations that have given the Council BIG BUCKS in exchange for
a listing of Scouters living in "Dakota County" " for instance).
I would venture to guess that the Troopmaster (tm) people got your
name through one of many online methods. For instance, I get a lot
of "junk mail" because my America Online (tm) profile includes the
words "Boy Scouting"; I get a lot of junk email offers also because
well-meaning Scouters (and others) get my email address and include
me in offers. This is a direct response to "spamming". I like the
direct approach because I know who sent it to me, why they sent it
and it gives me the option of posting back to the person with any
questions or concerns I've got. That's the way I do business with
regard to the stuff Jessi and I offer through Rose Walton as well.

Nope, it won't work because the parent's date of birth won't "match
The software should enable you to do your paper management job
easier, not to raise your blood pressure.
