I liked all of this (Terry Eagan) ,post because it points out the important
differences in boys and the importance of actively pursuing progress.
Scouting is about vision, potential and opportunity.
Each adult leader has the power to advance or impede scouting in his/her
local scouting community.
Keep an open mind and circulate.
Take some training out of your own district or go to woodbadge in another
council , visit other troops campouts or campfires.(Pack meeting too)

It doesnt take much more than a phone call to the scoutmaster or training
director to get invited.
