You may already know the answer to my question. It may be on the Net, I
don't know because I don't have it. In any event, my query may be of
interest to many of our UMC subscribers.
A few days ago, three teenage boys ( each 15 years old) were forced to
spend the night in the snow after they became temporarily befuddled durin=
a storm. They were from Spokane, Washington, and were attending a church=
sponsored ski trip at Schweitzer Mountain ski resort in northern Idaho. =
Their names were Aaron Baudry-Peterson, Justin Haeger, and an unidentifie=
The boys spent the night in a snow cave they built as refuge against the
storm and started walking downhill around dawn. All were in good
Two brothers from Canada, ages 13 & 15, also spent the night in the snow
and were found the next day by snowmobilers. Thier names are A.J. and Mi=
Were any of these boys Scouts, or had they been in the past, to learn how=
to survive? They are a little young for prior military training, but mus=
have learned something somewhere.
