Our tongue is a fire Fire is one of the greatest blessings of mankind, isn't it ? Our civilization would be impossable without it. And yet fire is one of our greatess curses too. When it gets out of control
,it's a destructive monster , destroying our wealth and our lives . the bible calls the tungue a fire . We can use our tongue for the best purpose in the world or we can make it a destructive thing. We can say kind
things , considerate things,to other people We can be courteous and polite. Or we can hurt others with the unkind things we say. We can gossup and tattle. We can swear. We can talk dirty about others. Our tungue is
a fire a force for good or evil, just as we choose.A real scout can and should use his tungue only for good,to form clean , kind words, to say only good things about others . Then like fire ,man's great
blessing, our tungue becomes a blessing to our fellow men YIS Mike Firestone I Use To Be An EAGLE
