Remember that the Troop Operations Workshop, David, isn't designed
to give you "instant experienced leaders" overnight, but rather to
get your group working together as a group and thinking "Troop"
instead of "individual."
Don't try to put too much into the Workshop at the Troop level,
because it's bound to overshadow what the intent of the Workshop
is: to develop the Troop's leadership and to together put together
a program for the next six to nine months.
