Mark, tell your buddy to get ahold of a half dozen sparklers, like the
little gizzies the kids used to wave around at 4th of July??
Tape the sparklers to the arrow, ignite safely, fire into a pitch black
night sky, and listen to the boys go, "OOOOOOOoooooooooooo!!!"
We've done it, works super too! No big weight problem either.
Of course the arrow is trashed!:>)
