Great idea, reminds me of how it was done when I was a boy scout. Except my
SM added a twist, make the parent come get the scout. This was very
effective on campouts(especially those in another state). In my 6-7 years
as a boy scout it only had to be done a couple of times, once they
understand that you are serious and will do it very few kids will want to
make their parents drive a few hours to pick them up.
