It has been over 5 years since I was a cub trainer, so I am a bit out of
date. At thet time, in the far distant past. the women wore the yellow
blouses until they were Webelos leaders . at that time they had the
choice of which they wore. Most chose the yellow due to better fit. As
far as the boys went they wore whichever they choose ( as a den / patrol)
either year. My son wore his blues until Second year then changed. My
wife fussed that she would just get everything sewed on and have to take
it off when he crossed over. He still wore the Blue as a shirt untill 2
years ago just because he liked it. Scout uniforms are expensive, buy
them to last.
