Calvin: I agree with you in what you have advised Mike but for one small
thing. An Eagle's 4th Palm is not another bronze but is one which allows
him to wear his Silver & Bronze Palms at the same time on his Eagle Badge.
The same goes for his 5th. He wears only the Silver and Gold Palms. For
his 6th Palm then he is awared a second Silver Palm. Even if he earns 15
-20 Palms he will only receive one Bronze and one Gold but for each third
Palm he will be entiled to wear an additional Silver Palm. Over the years
I've awarded at least 100 of my Eagles one to thirteen palms.
