Of course, use them all the time. They are great. I use the "Hand" size
(8 hr.) for mildly cold nites and the "large" (20 hr.) size for really
cold & freezing nites. Put them in the little felt pouches, I believe
they're available thru Campmor. My son uses them too on campouts with
his troop. They will easily add 15=B0+ to the rating of your sleeping bag.
I recommend them hightly. They are a lifesaver on cold and snowy
campouts and there is sufficient oxygen inside your bag to keep them
going strong all nite long. And (almost) nothing beats getting into a
warm bag on a cold & freeezing nite.
