Well, its worse than odd, its incorrect information.
There is no "have to" uniforming for cub scouting leaders or webelos. The
uniforming guidelines specifically state that its family choice in regards
to which shirt the femal leadre may wear and the blue/tan shirt choice for
Webelos Scouts, all of them, not just second year.
Your district training chairman needs to know that his/her staff is failing
to perform thier duty to train the leaders in the up-to-date information of
Eagle Scout Class of 1985
