Where does it say that it has to be uniform throughout the Pack? I have
never seen anything to that effect. Are you saying that both the female
leaders and the Webelos have to be uniform throughout the Pack?

On the other hand, I like the fact that my son worn the same blue shirt for
3 1/2 years, from Bobcat through AOL. It has all the insignia that he
earned. He didn't have to go through his Webelos 2 year without insignia,
nor did I have to move everything from one shirt to the other, and then
remove it for Scouts (which would then leave all the needle marks where the
patches had been removed). He did get a tan shirt when he started with Boy
Scouts. He is now a Life Scout working on his Eagle project. His blue
shirt is also a great prop for CLBT now that my husband is District
Training Committee Chair.
