An adult may register in more than one position if it is felt that better
service may be provided by this method of registration. There are no
restrictions on the number of positions an individual may hold, but most
individuals do their best job if serving in only one position.
Adults should pay a fee in only one position per year and be considered
multiple in any other position in which they serve.
The chartered organization representative (CR) is the only individual who
can be registered in more than one position within the same unit. The CR
may also serve in a multiple capacity as the chairman or member of the
committee within that unit if there are not enough adults registered for
Multiple adults should have their position code circled on their
registration application so that they are processed as multiple and not
counted twice in the membership totals. Multiple adults do not receive
membership certificates or Scouting magazine subscriptions.
