I have found a publication number for the BSA TROOP/TEAM RECORD
BOOK, (#LL6509) I am not certain if this number is the latest, but if you
call the 1-800-323-0732 BSA supply number, you should be able to get
info on the latest edition. It should also be in your latest copy of the
BSA Supply Catalog literature section.
As for computerized record keeping, when I last served as a Troop
Advancement Chairman (1988-1994) I used the TroopMaster software,
and liked it very much. Our Troop scribe had no problem entering data
also.... we had a pc at our Scout Hut, and we always entered data
during Troop meetings. A lap top would be good for this too, even an
