Several people on this thread have mentioned that Coke, Mountain Dew,
etc. have more caffeine than coffee. So I checked on the net and found,
from several sources, that coffee, on the average, has 150 mg of
caffeine per cup, Mountain Dew has 55 mg per can, Coke has 45.6 mg, and
Pepsi has 37.2 mg. So coffee is the biggest offender.
FWIW, we don't allow coffee for the boys. No big policy or anything, we
just say "no" and then life quickly goes on from there. No one's ever
quit because they didn't get their morning cup o' joe.
