Personally, I started drinking coffee when I was 16 and a JASM, with my SM's
blessing. Being on Camp Staff that year really helped get into the habit too.
I wouldn't start anyone much younger than that. Just remember: Coffee is the
most important meal of the day :-)
As a side note: Anyone have any ideas for, uh, jokes we can play on our Camp
Ranger and his ever present cup of coffee. To date, Camp Staff has stolen it,
washed it (horrors), and just moved it around (a great one, makes our Ranger
think he's losing his mind, because he doesn't remember setting it down there,
yet there it is). Now we're trying to think of something new for next summer.
The current plan is to get all of the Senior Staff identical coffee mugs, so
everywhere he turns he sees people walking by with what might be his coffee.
However, if someone has a better idea, I'd like to hear it.
