A few years ago someone posted an AOL ceremony that dealt with breaking
an arrow and giving the point end to the scout's parents and giving him
the feather end.
The parents were his leader and he was the follower, hence the two parts
of the arrow. When he was to receive his Eagle he had finished the
journey and could

doing this several years ago and want it performed for their boys'
I have looked all over for it and can not find it.
Please help me if you can!
