The Personal Fitness MB pamphlet uses the term situps - but describes it
identically to a curl.
Knees bent about 90degress and arms crossed across chest.
They use terminology that is seriously behind the times but medical
technology to keep it safe for the boys. The intent appears to ensure
that the boys are keeping the Scout Oath - physically strong.
