While I generally agree with the philosophy of not cancelling meetings,
I must strongly disagree with RIchard on this subject. If I am the only
adult present, I will definately cancel the meeting. The last thing
that I want is an allegation of misconduct to be made when I wasn't
following BSA guidelines. Remember, the two adult policy is not just to
protect the youth, it also protect the adults from false accusations,
which have been made to "get back" at a leader for not passing off a
requirement or for some other reason.
