This is NOT a flame. I absolutely love the outdor emphasis.
Personal Fitness, however is not an outdoor badge. Furthermore I
would argue that there is NO OTHER BADGE that BY DEFINITION excludes
50% of all young men from earning it. Also with the addition of this
badge as a stand alone there is a large segment of young men who are
completely unable to earn it. I have a seven year old nephew who is
now a bear cub scout. He will never be an eagle. He would have every
opportunity but for this change. He now has no possibility of earning
