Let them make masks of animals prior to the meeting or at the meeting. Set a
time limit, but make sure it's enough time for most scouts to begin looking
like an animal. Then the leaders are the circus "people" or "zoo keepers"
and see who can be the best tiger, lion, bear, snake or whatever.
Non costumed, non masked, no sound - boys have to act out an animal and
everyone has to guess what they are (have them tell a leader/adult before
they go on so they don't change mid performance and confuse the audience)
Might need a time limit.

Subject: October Pack Nite
I'm looking for ideas for Oct. pack nite that won't have everyone in there
seats all nite. The leaders got tired of the pumpkin decorating contest. All
we could come up with is mask nite but thats where it ended. We're having a
leaders meeting Monday to finalize whatever we are doing. Thanx in advance.
