Venture "Crew" vs. "Patrol"

I, too, do not like the idea of renaming the in-troop Venture groups Patrols
the Venturering units "Crew", but it stems from a different reason.
To me a "Crew" is a small subgroup of a unit equivalent to a Patrol. In the
of Senior Scouting and Exploring Scouting, Posts would be subdivided into
Crews, same as Troop are subdivided into Patrols. Even when Posts no longer
where that way, the term "Crew" continued at places like Philmont where it
was used to refer to a small Patrol-size group.
I felt that if they didn't want the term Post to stay with Venturers, that
they should have reused the old Senior Scout unit name of 'Outfit' instead
of using 'Crew'.
