Not at all. Planning meals for a whole campout is entirely different than
planning a single meal. I think this requirement is valuable as written, and
would hate to see it watered down further.
You can still rotate assistant cooks, fuel gatherers, fire builders, cleanup,
etc. I do not think having a non-rotating head cook for one campout per
scout damages the concept of the duty roster enough to consider changing the
