Muskingum Valley Scout Reservation is just your normal scout camp. It is
located about 30 miles up the road from my house. Although we are in
a different council, Simon Kenton, we do use it on occasion. Although
the users may have a different opinion, it is just your average scout
camp. It belongs to the Muskingum Valley Council out of Zanesville OH.
Their phone number is 740-453-0571. But if you want to go camping in
Ohio I would recommend any of the several large scout camps maintained
by the Simon Kenton Council. They range from the hill country of southern
OHio to the flatlands characteristic of western Ohio.
