No. There are several reasons for that. New York, Montana and Virginia by
statute do not allow them. Texas does not allow them by case law and
Arizona is working hard to get rid of them through the courts.
Remember there is also a difference between a permission form. My child is
allowed to attend and a release. I agree to absolve you of liability if my
child is hurt. The former wastes paper the latter prevents lawsuits.
