In our town the "feeder-Pack" concept has pretty much gone the way of the 25
cent gallon of gas. There are 5 or 6 Packs this year (haven't checked yet
but one's been struggling) and 3 Troops. It's pretty much a mad scramble to
get what we can.
I'll be calling Cubmasters soon (they're just getting organized) to get the
names of their Webelos leaders. Then we'll invite their Dens to our open
house meeting in November & the campout in February.
So just contact them and invite them. The more choice the kids have the
more likely that they'll end up with a Troop they feel comfortable with.
