I am a new Cubmaster of a small pack in suburban Atlanta. We have our first
Pack meeting in two weeks, and have several important leadership positions
yet to fill.
I'm seeking inspiration from those who have gone before me. What is the key
to persuading parents to assume a small level of involvement with and for
the Pack? I don't want my words to fall on deaf ears.
Anyone have any help, references, or magic words to impress upon parents
the importance of their participation??? What kind of subtle persuason
works best, and what doesn't?
All replies appreciated!
