What we did was get the plastic patch holder and put in NEW wolf bear
webelos patches and get the little metal numbers used on the Webelos colors
and put the correct number for the arrow points earned for wolf and bear.
You could just put in a piece of nice paper with the amount written on it.
A lot of boys are not so interested in the arrow points on their shirts
when they are getting ready to go into Boy Scouts. What they like is
showing off their Webelos pins on their hats.
