I know this sounds a little nuts, but six years ago I started using it for
rock climbing injuries. Then I started for rafting and kayaking injuries.
Those cuts never heal. On one rafting trip I was taking down the President
of the Wilderness Medical Society and he recommended it's use to me. I even
glued a couple of his cuts.
Apply it sparingly and allow it to dry thoroughly. It immediately stops the
pain and promotes healing.
As far as rumors about how it is dangerous. The WMS president said you
would have to apply sixty 55 gallon drums of glue to open cuts to possible
incur any side effects.
I know it sounds crazy, but try it. If super glue doesn't work, try duct
tape. There was an article in Backpacker magazine about six months ago on
how the glue in duct tape promotes healing.
