The JLT patch is indeed listed under Boy Scout Leader Recognitions (page 27)
but the detail explanation states for Boy Scout only. It still is a youth
patch and temporary, no changes.
For the boy scouts who have completed the troop junior leader training or
den chiefs who have completed den chief training, there is the Trained
Leader Emblem for them to wear. For those boy scouts who complete the week
long Junior Leader Training Course (JLT), there is the JLT patch.
>From what you have described it sounds like you had a great troop junior
leader training session and the scouts were issued the correct patch. Have
them wear it with pride. It sounds like they had a good time at camp.
As to the Court of Honor, of course you should recognize their achievements
for the troop training session, but the JLT patch is not earned in a one day
