The 4 hour course is really way to short. The "word" we hear the word
from National is that they agree it is broken but don't know how to
There are some things one can do:
National has a series of QLU (Quarterly Leader Update) courses
available. They are quite good.
There are several suplemental traings available that were intended to
fill the gaps from the 4 hour class.
Work with the roundtable staff to make some of the items that are
missing flow through them.
In our counsel we try to stay on the course and hold to the 4 hours.
It is really hard because the trainees all know they are getting less
than they need. I hope someone in Irving is working on the problem.
But we are not willing to make the changes ourselves. There is to
much room for error if we do.
