Because of the different rules I'm hearing here I thought I'd better call up
our Council office and ask them.
Bay Lakes Council wants a tour permit any time we meet away from our usual
meeting place and parents will not be driving their own children.
For example: in a couple of weeks we're meeting with the Mayor at City
Hall. If we were to meet at the church and then drive over together we
should file a tp. If we just tell everyone to meet there and have everyone
make their own way there we don't have to file a tp.
Seems an odd distinction but I guess that's what we have to do.
