Yes, but the committee should not allow harm and injury to come to other Cubs
simply because they are afraid that the CM will quit.
God only know how many Cubs were pulled out of this pack by their parents or
how many will be pulled out in the future because of this one kid being
allowed to get away with hurting kids. This may not be the case (the getting
away with hurting others) but I can guarantee that this is the way the other
parents will see it. And that they will act accordingly and pull their boys
out of the program.
Besides, you are not doing the boy any good by not letting him see the
consequences of his actions. We have a situation in our troop right now where
a spoiled son of a CM & CC is being TERRIBLY disruptive simply because he has
been allowed to be disruptive in the Pack -- mom is CC and dad is CM. Do the
kid a favor and don't worry if you have to replace your CM. If he is so thin-
skinned and unwilling to play fair, maybe he shouldn't be in this position.
