Hopefully, blow it off.
I say this, because even when I have visitors for the Troop, I forget to get
names and phones numbers to follow-up, and I may or may not see them again. And
this only happens because I am watching what the Troop is doing, and lining up
Scoutmaster Conferences, checking the status of upcoming projects, etc.
Now, lets use this as a learning experience. How can we solve this so that it
does not happen again. I would make up a flyer, business card, pamphlet that
describes the Pack, the what, where, when, and leave copies for the Troop (the
Scoutmaster or an Assistant Scoutmaster), to hand out to visitors that come
asking about the pack. At least then the visitor gets something that has a
phone number to contact.
