Local Tour Permits

It has always been my policy to get a tour permit when we meet anywhere
other than our regular meetings. This even means when the parents transport
the kids and stay with them. Why? Just in case, just in case something
goes wrong...I'm covered for insurance. This also makes it easier to apply
for quality unit awards. I've got proof we went on tours, did things over
the summer, etc.
