specifically spells out things the council considers to be totally no-no, and
yes, this verbage specifically spelled out "no snipe hunting."
I suggest that you not totally rely on the GSS but in addition use your local
council policies and procedures to narrow your focus. I will be curious if
following this post you all will check your local policies and share what you
find with this list.
