What do you do when the cell phone batteries are dead, and the ceiling
is below 50 feet with 25 kt winds and gust to 50 kts, and one of the
kids severly injures himself?
Even if you do raise the 911 guys, they ain't coming. You had better be
able to rescue yourself.
And yes, I bring my cell phone or a ham transciever with me. The only
time I used either is to have someone bring something we forgot. Yeah,
yeah, I know, but still...
